Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Spindown is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

We offer standard and express domestic shipping. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the chosen method and your location.
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days.
Express shipping within Australia typically takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and destination.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically when qualifying orders are placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear in the tracking system.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Spindown is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us promptly so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
