Refund policy
At Spindown, we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. This Refund Policy describes how we handle, process, and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through the Services. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy, this Refund Policy controls with respect to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully. By placing an order or accessing any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Refund Policy and understand our procedures and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Trading Card Game (TCG) Products
All TCG products, including booster packs, singles and sealed products, are deemed final sale items and cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind, as we cannot guarantee that the product has not been opened, replaced, or tampered with.
If your TCG product arrives defective, please contact the manufacturer directly to receive a replacement product.
If your TCG product arrives incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
Non-TCG Items
Non-TCG items, such as playmats, binders, deck boxes, and sleeves, may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted for TCG products, and are only eligible for non-TCG items under the conditions above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged Items
Some products may have minor packaging alterations, such as removal of shrink wrap or stickers applied. These measures are part of our effort to prevent reselling and ensure products end up in the hands of players, not scalpers, and do not constitute damage.
If your item is truly damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
You may be asked to provide photos of the item or packaging.
Once inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
How to Make a Return or Claim
Contact us at hello@spindown.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. We'll then provide further instructions to support your return or claim.
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. All pre-order items require full payment at checkout.
Cancellation
All orders, including pre-orders, cannot be cancelled if the order has been fulfilled. You may cancel pre-orders up to seven days after payment has been made, and no sooner than seven days before a pre-order item is expected to be available.
